1) Your RingVPN subscription is about to expire and you enabled auto-renew with your credit card:

If you've enabled auto-renew for your RingVPN subscription and paid with credit card previously, your subscription will automatically re-bill at expiration. 2) Your RingVPN subscription is about to expire and you paid previously with another payment method or a one-time credit card payment:

If you previously completed checkout for your RingVPN subscription with another payment method, or used your credit card for a one-time payment, your subscription may lapse around expiry. This can be simply rectified, by manually adding a credit card to your account a few days before your subscription expires. 3) If you disabled auto-renew
