How does the guarantee work?

You've got 30 days to fall in love with our VPN, or that month is on us and you'll get your money back. That's our guarantee to you.

We process refunds within 7 working days, subject to the processing times of your credit card provider or bank.


What happens if I decide I want to get a refund on day 31?

Our guarantee to you is for 30 days, precisely. If you subscribe on 1 August at 10:00am, you can contact us for your refund at any moment up to and before 09:59am on 31st August. 1st September, according to the dates of this example, would be too late :( But any time before then, you can contact Live Chat or e-mail, and your original payment method will be refunded with the full amount of your original subscription.


What's the difference between a free trial and a guarantee?
